Rear windshield defogger won't work

Default Rear windshield defogger won't work
I checked the 40 Amp fuse in the trunk and this was OK. The indicator light on the dash comes on... Any further ideas.. ? I note that the antenna motor is not working either.. (possibly because the antenna is broken.

Help will be greatly appreciated
