Problem with 2001 s430

I havent driven the car much in a couple weeks and the suspension has lowered a bit. I know that this is normal, however the right rear side is much lower than the other sides. There is also a yellow liquid dripping from the rear-center-underneath area of the car. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

yellow liquid is probably antifreeze.

cant help you with the air suspension, but rubber does get porous after a while. May need new bags or hoses?
