Default often WDB220 -Airmatic suspension Faulty?

i just wonder does all S class model Wdb220 has airmatic problems? because my company has about seven of the wbd220 for car rental.

seems every each of them have suspension faulty (airmatic), the only thing we could do was replace new one which is costly here nearly reaching 3000dollars per brand new air suspension shock absorbers.

imagine we had to replace it on those 7 cars... that is a major killing item to replace.

i wonder anyone there have the same problem ? what could it cause,
for my majority case on my side the top side cracked where air leaks happen or the suspension just fails to work due to air leakage inside the tubes.

any good answers?

please let me know...

thanks!!!

High under hood temperatures seems to be the common factor.

High temp is a combination of heat from engine (large) and ambient.

In the USA they appear to have a repair kit. search the site and you will fimnd the address etc. I don't have it.

problem doesn't seem to be so common in the UK. Lower ambient.
