hi guys
just did a search and found this topic

I have a major problem right now!!!!!

can you please tell me which wire goes to where on the plug side of the instrument cluster? Mine came apart, and I have a whole bunch of wires and a plug labled 1 to 14

this is on the side closer to the fuel indicator.. its a round plug thats labled 9695. (The other round plug is labled 9695/50)

here are the wires I got:

blue/white
green/white
black/red - violet dots
green/black
black/white
brown
grey/blue
blue
grey/violet
grey/violet
brown/yellow
black/yellow - red dots
pink/black - yellow dots


Please help.. its not drivable like this and I am stuck!!!

ok, I went back and forth and according to the above diagrams, the plug in question is plug #1, and I have matched most of them but a few.. please see below:

1. pink/black - yellow dots
2. single grey/violet
3. brown/yellow
4. double blue/white
5. black/red - violet dots
6. grey/blue
7. Diagram says brown/green but I dont have a brown/green :(
8. double grey/violet
9. green/black
10. brown
11. NOT USED
12. Cannot follow it on the diagram
13. Cannot follow it on the diagram
14. black/white
15. diagram says blue, but I have a double blue, not a single blue

Also, I have the following wires that aren't mentioned in the diagram:

pair of green/white going to a single pin
pair of solid blue going to a single pin
black/yellow - red dots

I have pins 7, 12, 13, and 15 empty

Can I please get some advise as far as which one goes where?
