Having trouble...need help

I have been looking all around the net to findfront air shocks for my 2002 Mercedes S-430 and so far have come up empty handed can someone please help me out!?

there is a kit that you can buy and have the front struts rebuilt, they usually dont go bad. the kit allows you to replace the top seals. unless they are physically damaged, all you need is to replace the strut top seals. your car is low in the front?
