FAN Blower
 

The fan blower on my mums W140 does not work from the inside controls,

I have removed and released the fan, now moves freely. Checked for live and i have live going to it - BUT when i give earth to the opposite end, it works. Therefore it seems there is no earth getting there

I have checked all the fuses , they are ok

Is there any relays I may have missed, has anyone come accros this problem before?, does anyone have wiring diagrams they can send me on the unit?

go on e bay there is a ac blower speed regulator on sale for 75 bucks. thats what your problem is part number is 140 821 84 51
