Engine stalls when punch down help !
 

Just bought my 2000 s500 yesterday, this has happened two times already, when i stop and start to take of again, under full throttle puch down only, the car stalls, it seems that the engine dies but dont, it will not move or accerate, just idles, no check engine light comes on, after i turn the car off then back on thee cars is fine.

my s class does that too. i found a tranny leak and realized that when i refill the fluid to the correct level the tranny no longer would what felt like fell out of gear . i think it has some sort of sensor in tranny to put it in protect mode. bsd part need to buy the dip stick from dealer to check it
