Default Engine Sludge!!! HELP

Hello everyone,

I drive a 2004 Mercedes S430. The other day i was driving my car to work and all of the sudden the car stopped and wouldnt drive anymore. I immediatly called 1800-Mercedes and they said they would assist me with my problem. Later on that day my car was towed away to the nearest mercedes dealership and i was told that water somehow leeked into my engine and caused some kind of engine failure. Its not covered under the Mercedes Warranty, so i have to pay 24,000 Dollars now to replace the engine on my leased car. If Anyone knows what i should do, please help me and write back.

Thank You,
Artyem

Something does not make sense. You have a 4/50 warranty or better, are you past 50K?

Water does not leak into an engine. Was it in a flood? A head gasket failure could allow coolant to mix in the oil. If the car does have a warranty then you need to contact the regional rep for MB and work your way up fast, I mean within a day or two. Google for possible class action suits in progress that you may become part of. $24K is a high enough figure to spend a grand or two to get an attorney involved if all else fails. More details on this water in the engine and why it is not covered by the warranty.

exactly something is fishy. tell me something were you driving to work through a rather large puddle of water? the hydrolocked your motor? thats why mb is not covering it. mercedes benz warrenty covers failure of mercedes products. they do not cover customer stupidity. i would call your insurance company they cover water damage.
