climacontrol panel bulb replacement 1995 S280
 

Light source gone on temperature indicator passenger side on my 1995 S280 climacontrol panel.Please anybody tell me how to get behind it to replace light source,looks as if centre console and dash has to come out,but surely not that would be an immense task to replace a bulb,any help would be much appreciated.
