Airmatic issue in 2001 s500 w220
 

Hello all. I have two issues that I believe are related. One issue is that when my car is off the rear airmatic fully inflates so that the rear of the car is at max height. When I go to get into the car to drive it the next time, the rear end lowers to a more level height in relation to the front of the vehicle.

Issue #2 is that I can't lock the vehicle using the key fob, because everytime that I do the car alarm is triggered.

The reason that I believe they may be related is due to a ride height sensor tripping the auto level sensor that prevents vehicle theft.

note sure they are related but it sounds like you need to get the suspention calibrated take it to a dealer
