I recently purchased a 1992 500SEL. Its in great shape although a few ideosyncrascies. The ASR light comes kicks on in cold starts. If I shut the car down and restart a couple of times it seems to correct itself.
I have noticed if I give car gas when I crack it up the ASR usaully doesnt come on.
Any ideas?
