First off i am not sure if this is the correct place to even be posting this ( if it is not and a mod needs to move it no problem)

I have a project that i am trying to get back on the road . This car was abandoned by an old timer and has been sitting for a while . What I was looking for is why the electrical wires to the fuel pump have no voltage . I do not know right now if it is a relay or if the actual pump is bad . I can get here to run by pouring some fuel down her throat. I was wondering if any body has the page of a manual that has the wiring schematic & key ? Here is what she looks like right now and when i finish I would like to give it to my brother so he will give my Pop's his beloved 300SD Turbo Diesel back in one piece . thank you
