2006 S500 shutting off while driving.
 
I'm having an issue with my car shutting off while I'm driving. I've changed the crankshaft position sensor, MAF sensor, spark plugs and wires, fuel pump, filter and fuel pump relay. There are no error codes or check engine light. Just out of nowhere, the car shuts off. Don't know where to go next. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.

anyone experiencing this issue, please help. Mercedes says it is out of warranty so they cannot help. Replace
d all sensors, MAF, fuel pump, relay and filter. This appears to be a system design defect. Anyone reported issue to NHTA?
