2004 S430 Nav and Audio Not Available

I have a 2004 S430 I got in this morning and the command turns on and says audio unavailable then turns off same for the nav. Every thing workd last night. Please help if u can

i have the same problem. Try reseting the system

I had the same problem, mine problem was identified as a bad amplifer. The dealer cost was $2500 for the part. I used another contact and bought one for $1300 from Merdeces directly. Swapped out the part and everything is working...
