Default 2002 S430 Audio Upgrade?

I just bought a 02' S430 and Im having trouble finding a installation kit and wire harness for my car. I want to upgrade everything in my car(Head unit, all speakers, and add a sub). The way the dash is built it seems like there is no installation kit therefore Im wondering if U can change out everything w/no problems. Ive seen systems in S-classes before but dont know how they did it now that I have one. I dont have alot of audio knowledge tho I have had a system in a few of my cars(I just buy the equipment and pay to get it installed somewhere). Is it possible to keep the stock HU and run subs and amps in this car?I want to get this done ASAP so any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanx.

yes it is possible , but you will have to get LOC ( line out converter). you shoud connect that LOC to stock sub wires and then connect it to aftermarket amp thats it . one more time USE stock sub wires for line out

what sound system is installed originally with your car? if it comes with a bose system, then you already have an amp that is passive and a pair of subs on your rear dash board, if not bose then you can change the whole system but the lines are in a loop with other accessories (ex: cellphone, etc.) and connected to the control module, best is to get a diagram first and the only reputable person i know who have this on file is sleepwalker.
