1999 S500 Guage Cluster Removal?
Hi, I was wondering how is it possible to remove my guage cluster off of my 1999 S500? I cannot located any screws/bolts anywhere and do not want to just try to yank at the bezel. It would be great if someone can help me out with this. Any infomation would be great.
Requires the two guage cluster removal tools which are very thin hooked wires that you GENTLY slide past the cluster in a couple of spots around the gauge cluster and then GENTLY pull the cluster out.
OR
Remove the left air vent and you can ease your hand behind it and push the friction fit cluster out. (been awhile, buit I think thats how I did it.
You really need to know exactly wire the removal tools go. It has been years since I did it and I don't remember.
