1995 s-class size differences??

hey everybody, ive been interested in purchasing a mid-90s s-class and i just wanted to know if there is a body size difference between an s320 and an s500?,or all they all the same body size, exept the s320 is a 3.20L and the s500 is a 5.L

I believe the 95 s320 came in 2 models like my 97 s320. The standard s320 and the LWB (Long Wheel Base.)
The LWB is the same size as the s500 In 97 i believe the diffence was 4 inches or so which sounds insignificant but to a back seat passenger is huge
