2006 R500 falling dead

I hope someone can help me....I have a 2006 R500 and it has started to fall dead while driving or idling. Once I let the car set for a while it starts right up and is fine. I read on some blogs that it may be the battery going dead or a sensor going bad. Has anyone experienced this with their R500?

Hello and welcome to the forum! Have you tried pulling any of the error codes? This should give you a good idea as to where the issue is coming from. Please let us know if you have any other questions or if we can assist with any future part needs.
