Default Transmission cooler?

I have a 2013 ML 350 with the towing pkg. Need to pull my dads boat 800 plus miles, the weight of the boat and trailer is 4300 lbs. The towing capacity is 7000 lbs, but does this vehicle come with a tranny cooler? Will be crossing the smokey mountains so I imagine there will be a lot of down shifting. Don't want to burn up the tranny.

thanks

Hi,
I believe all MLs has the same tranny cooler which is part of the radiator. Transmission cooling lines are connected on the right (passenger) side.
I'll bet your ML will do just fine with that load, occasionally watch your engine temp. gauge in the hills.
