Up for sale 2006 ML350. One Owner. 59k. Everything is great cosmetic and mechanical except... Transmission.

Giving error codes P0716, P0717, P0718.

Asking $5k or best offer

What would you do? Run? lol I think I can get it for a good price but not sure what to do about the tranny.

It's crossed my mind to purchase a used transmission and swap vs going through the dealer and it costing.... No telling how much.

Are these the fault codes that came up during the PPI (pre-purchase inspection) or have you not had one done yet?
