Temperature on gauges

Hello
Quick question......All the readouts on my ml320 gauges light up except for the outside temperature lcd. It's extremely dim. Any suggestions?

Half of my speedometer readouts light up and the other half is very dim. I noticed it today. Also, my fuel gauge is very dim as well.
