Looking for assistance in solving incompatibility of Droid2 smartphone to the Comand system contacts. everything tried doesn't work, cannot find assistance through Motorola, Dealership or anywhere so far...Help!

 

I have the original droid and i use it at Benz all the time to test bluetooth systems. never had an issue. sometimes you ll need to try to pair a few times. I would bet there are some setting issues maybe with your phone or the car.

 

I also have the original droid. Silly question, when connecting and attempting to download your address book from the phone to the car, did you use the top drag bar on the phone authorizing the phone to "sync".

 

thanks much for the input. however still feeling stumped. we've always paired fine and there is a transfer of contacts, problem is: the phonebook's wrong...missing entries, tons of duplicates, on-and-on, always the same. And the experts at Moto and M-B are no help.

 

silly answer: not sure the "2" has such a sync feature. things seem to occur automatically via the Viseeo MB-2 purchased and installed after-buy. while i've seen suggestions on-line as to ok'ing sync, the phone's not showing this as an "opportunity".
this sux for a tech-less over 50 wmm.

 

I am having the same problem. My Droid X paired with the Center but the directory was not downloaded. I have a '08 R350 with a MB Bluetooth Dongle Puck Module B6 787 5878. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
