Ml350 running rough
 

Hi everyone
I have a 2014 ml350 3lt diesel, runs absolutely fine then all of a sudden runs as rough as rough , put your foot down and nothing there just hesitation, surging knocking and farting about , it will do this for a few miles and all good again, no codes and garage hasn't a clue , anybody else suffered this , thanks all
