ml320 wont start
 

i just got a ml320 from my boss and it wont start. the key turns on all the accesories but will not start it. no turn or click. keyless entry doesnt work either. the battery died and my boss had charged it and it worked like normal for a day then his wife parked it and that was the last it ran. any info would be awesome.
