ML Audio Problem
 

Hi there, hope someone can help me!

Ive recently fitted an aftermarket single DIN DVD/CD player to my friends Ml and are getting a large amount of hiss through the speakers.
We know its not the headunit as we have tried another. The only thing I can think of is that the ML has another amplifier somewhere boosting the signal as the audio I very very loud even when the volume is set to 1 or 2.

Any ideas or people with similar experiences.

The ML has a amplifier installed. When you put in an aftermarket headunit, you need to bypass the OEM amp. By doing this your sound quality will be greatly improved and you will have better volume control.

Can someone tell me where I can get an aftermarket radio for my ML 2004 and use the amplifier and Bose speakers.
