ML 430 Drivers Heated Seat -30 ohms
 

Hello,
Does anybody have any experience with heated seat failures?
I have a 2000 ML 430, the drivers heated seat cushion has stopped heating. The backrest cushion heats fine. I tested for voltage and there is the correct voltage going to the seat cushion. The factory specs for the resistance of the cushion are in the 5-10 ohm range, When I tested the cushion it is showing 30 ohms,,, I believe this to be the problem,,,, any thoughts?,,, how difficult to change it out???
