ML 350 Ipod to Sansa MP3 player Adapter ??

Hi
I have a 2008 ML 350 with an Ipod connection. Does anyone know of an adapter I canget to use a Sansa MP3 player?

Are you able to control your ipod from the main nav/audio screen? I can only control mine from the buttons on the steering wheel - i can't even see the playlists on the main screen...

My original question was about using a Sansa mp3 player - I had to go out & get an ipod. But No, I cannot control from the main screen - only from the steering wheel. It's a real PITA.[:@]
