ML 270 Cdi have no kickdown
Hi
hope someone can help me out i have a ML270 and it drives well but when you put your foot down to over take or go up an hill there is no kickdown had it put on the computer today and it came up with some codes it had P0100 and P1470 and P2404 and P2600,P2602 hope someone can help

Could you tell us a liittle more about your car - age? how many miles on the clock?
It sounds like something has put your car into limp home mode. It can be caused by many issues such as the MAF sensor which is cheap and easy to change. If it is getting on for about 100,000 miles then you might find the EGR valve or swirl flaps in the manifold are gunged up with carbon deposits from the egr.
I would google the fault codes you have to get some ideas
