intermittant fault codes P0170 and P0173

ML320, 2000

Check engine comes on and goes off intermittanly. Fault codes are P0170 and P0173. Anysuggestions?

almost all the time when these 2 codes come on together it is the Air Mass Meter / Mass Air Flow Meter
