Horn problem on ML320

Replaced relay and fuse, still does not work. Horn works when connected directly to battery. What else can be checked?

Bad connection at streering wheel slip ring contacts or switch under the airbag.

All the controls (buttons) on my 05 s430 steering wheel do not work including horn. what could be the issue? where is the fuse for those controls ? thanks!!!
