help on install of Bull Bar/Grille Guard

I have a SS Bull Bar/Grille Guard, ready for install on my 2000 ML.

Anyone have any suggestions, 1st hand experience with the install? Is it as easy as they Advertise!?

Any pointers would be much appreciated!
