Hi, I have a Mecedes ML-500, 2002 with xenon headlights. The headlinghts are not working.
Though the high beam, turnsignal, parking light all works.
I checked the fuse and all fine.
Then I took it to the dealer for diagnosis. They said that both sides are 'internally burn out' and whole headlight assembly for both sides need to be replaced. It sounds wierd. When I researched my own then I found that there may be ballaster or igniter that might be have a problem. Please advise. Do you think that for just headlight not working, the whole headlight assembly ($1500) be changed?
