Angry Glow Plug Problems

2007 ML320 CDI 185,000km
Engine light came on. Mercedes says #2 glow plug low voltage. Need to replace all glow plugs.
Dealer replaced plugs. Then glow plug relay replaced. Then inlet port shuttoff motor (M55) replaced. $4k in three days! Good for 1 week and starting over. Glow plug error develops each morning. Dealer replaced all 6 plugs over next 5 days. Two days with no errors and it's starting over. Similar error each morning indicating another bad glow plug. Dealer is baffled and tells me to get rid of it. No other errors showing up except the bad glow plugs. Any ideas?
Thanks

Update
Idiot light on within 2 days. Took it in and 4 plugs test bad. Replaced glow plugs and controller relay just in case o voltage spike. Drove it for a day with several on/off cycles. Next morning, engine light on and glow plug light turns on after starting. Looks like they've blown again. Any ideas?
