Four Attempts to Start in Mornings

Hi,

I have just purchased a 2002,ML270 cdi and have just found out that it takes about four attempts to start the car in the mornings, after it starts then it is fine the rest of the day. Any suggestions as Im new to the mclass.

Have the fuel filters been changed recently?

It does sounds like low fuel pressure.
