battery drain
 

2001 ml 430 car 107,000 has not run for 10 days battery was dead i mean fully drained, battery is oem. three months old. i recharge battery car seem fine but the radio will say tele aid every time i shut the car off and restart, this will go away after you hit ok and the phone doesn't connect never used the phone but i know the box is under the seat.
the only other thing wrong with the car before this happened was i couldn't get the remoute key to sinc.

well this is what i found out i removed the phone unit under the passager seat, the tele aid went away, i reinstall and teleaid came back, phone box was a little warm, this should confirm the phone box was bad,but now the cd changer won't work witch is fine the fiber optic is unhooked will fix latter mybe,
now the real kicker the srs light is on, yes i reinstalled the phone box then the light stays out did this three time to confirm. if anyone knows why the srs light is on and going thru the phone????? is it grounded there is it call for help if you crash,is it for the seat belt cops??/
will update as time pemits,,,have to pour over the tech manual now.

ps. the radio would randomly come on before all this then go out, this is i suspect the battery draw was,
