Audio Aux input on 05 ML55?
 

Greetings- I just bought a 03 ML 350 for my daughter and it has the Harmon Kardon Logi 7 system with 6 disc changer in rear - we have no Aux input to add IPOD but have been told the mid o4 and o5's ML's have it- I have access to a used Nav OEM Head unit from a 05 ML55. Does anyone know if it will have the aux input capability and will it properly interface with the Harmon Kardon amplifier ? I have been told that both the amp and the CD changer are hooked up with fibre optic cable adn I want to make sure it will be compatible- believe it or not my duaghter insists on keeping the original consul look and refuses to install an new aftermarket system- Thanks so much
