Aftermarket or mercedes option on a 2002 ML55

Carfax shows an accident to the right rear fender but doesn't say how much damage.
The question at hand are the option aftermarket or mercedes installed option, the radar detector and the dvd/video system?
Also are the 2002 nav systems dvd or cd?
