99 ml320 problems, help please.
 

apart from someone breaking into my ml320 last week and waiting 2 weeks for a rear quarter panel window, I have a few other questions hopefully someone out there can help me with.

rear trunk opens with key but wont lock, it sometimes cycles the locks as well, when i just start the suv and take off , is it the actuator in the trunk? if so, how easy to get at and fix?

alarm, didnt go off when it got broken into, when i lock my doors and do a double push of the lock button on my keys, it just flashes the lights, i presume its alarmed, but it never lets a chirp out or has never gone off when pushed or , obviously when the window was smashed.

oil leaking in winter...in summer no leaks....i just had the oil changed, and nothing was noticed....since its been cold out..tiny leaks again ? seal?

license plate light...replaced fuses, light still wont work on one side.?

starting the vehicle, sometimes it takes like 2 seconds to catch and start.....??
