Does anyone know a good source for a set of 3rd row seats for a 01 ML 320? Need them in Grey, I hear the brackets and all the parts are N/A from Benz.

I had some 3rd row seats that I sold on ebay mostly due to the price to retrofit them to my 99 ML320. If your ML didn't come with the "M1" package, (I think that is what it was), then you don't have the seat belt connectors. It was going to be over $500 to retrofit them to my car, although to alot of MB owners, that isn't too bad. It just was for me at the time. I sold off the seats, but you might be able to find them on ebay every once in awhile. I hope that helps.

btw, I had all the necessary connectors and fasteners, but, without the seatbelts, that was where the money came into play.

Supposedly the 01 has all the stuff, but I will look into that. That would be all I needed, spend 1200 on seats and then 500 more for the stuff!

Check ebay today Oct11,2006 Item number: 220035012669, there is a one set of seat grey, end time in 19 hrs. or Search in ebay for "ML Seat", next item is a set of seat brackets.
