Battery died
Replaced battery
Remote Fob worked to open car
car started and died
odometer flashed “start error”

tried resyncing key
Insert key
turn to pos 2
remove and hold lock button while pressing unlock 5 times.
release buttons
press tailgate button

now the remote will not lock or unlock the doors and the start error is still present.

DAS scan shows “transponder can not be read”

any advice?
