03 ML350 w/navigation & telephone
 

I bought this car used and noticed that there are buttons on the MCS for navigation and telephone. When I press either button it says no telephone/navigation installed. What do I need to do to activate these features? I also have a 6 disc cd changer in the back of the vechicle, how do I know if it can play DVD's as well?
