Help...Engine light on (orange)

My GLE350 is sputtering. Engine light is orange. No clue what is going on.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Before spending any money on parts, I would suggest pulling the car's codes. Since you have a CEL, you'll likely have some good info from the codes as to where the issue is coming from. Please let us know if you have any other questions or if we can assist with any future part needs.
