GL320 CDI 4 matic Harsh sudden hesitation at 1800 RPMS

Interesting problem no one seems to be able to solve.... No one has ever seen this before either!
Have this hesitation on take off in first gear only. It is just before the shift mostly depending on how hard the acceleration is. It does it ONLY before the first gear shift.
It is NOT the transmission (I don't think..) because if you put it in manual mode and accelerate to 3000 rpms and do not let it shift, it still does it at 1800 to 1850 rpms. Every single time from take off. And only once per take off from 0. Definitely not a motor mount. It does it at those exact rpms EVERY TIME in first gear only. It is making that first shift feel uncomfortable even though it is not the actual shift its self. It is as if I for a split second remove my foot from the pedal and put it back on.
Recent work includes
valve body and conductor plate done at Mercedes dealer
2 new batteries
4 new tires
4 new brakes
busted fuel line replaced just yesterday from this thread.
185k miles right now as I am out here on vacation in Colorado
Please help

Hello and welcome to the forum! Does this always happen or only during the first, cold start in the morning?

It happens every single time it accelerates to that rpm whether it shifts or not around that rpm. And only from take off. Like when it hits that rpm before the 2nd shift or 3rd shift after the first one it does not do it.

Are you able to pull any codes? If it's possibly a transmission issue, there should be some sort of codes that pop up.
