Sounds like the chip in the fob is not properly communicating with the vehicle's computer. Not sure if its the fobs themselves or if it's the car. Might need a dealership to hook a diag scanner to it and reprogram the keys and/or the car. I remember this happening near-daily basis with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership. Always was something defective with the fobs, reprogramming them did nothing 90% of the time, ended up replacing fobs under warranty (if they were still new) and recommended new fobs for the customers that were not covered under warranty.
Definitely recommend bringing it to the dealership. Hope i could provide insight.
