worth keeping 2004 E 320?

Hi, all. :)
My lease is about to end for 2004 E320. I leased with premium option so that it pretty much have everything, sports seat, nav, side blind, etc. As I am in a new market for another MB, I noticed that the option is not quite as full as this one, and it cost to lease is a lot more to get similar option to it. The salesperson says I am getting a better engine. As I drive local most of the time, I don't need any more horsepower.
So my question is, "Is 2004 E classworth buying?" The MB financial is giving actually a good deal to buy it off by giving decent amount of cash allowance.
If I buy this, do you think I will have alot of trip to theservice after the warranty is over?
I ask this question because everyone says 2001 ML class is piece of **** and I happened to own one.:(and I do make a occasionally trip to service to repair this and that which should not be fixed that often (like those thing that doesn't happened to Japanese cars).

I would like to get your opinions. Thanks in advance.

no not really,i thnik you gettin a good deal,i would buy it ,when the car was on lease did have many things eg parts fitted to it,maily this models have alot of problems or did have probs with auto box,are gear changes ok is it auto or manully,if auto test the gear changes on change over on pick up and slow down changes, more like down shift, you should fill any jerking or hesitation if none should be all good.
