i have 2 probs with my e230 1996 first one is the drivers windows wont go up fully when it rains it works fine but after a day or two thats it s dry it seems to go up crooked and wont close fully it sticks half way up so i presume the window surround must be drying up and getting hard but how do i cure this prob.

next prob is where is the fuel filter as i want to change it?
