I can't find anyone that carries Bilstein Sports for my 300e 2.8. I can find them for other w124s, but they say they don't make them for the 2.8 any more. I found someone online that says the sports that fit the 300td are the same. Does that sound right? It seems like all of the non-4-matics would have the same suspension mounting oints, even if the stock shocks were different.

 

I am going out on a limb but i would guess that all 124's would have the same mounting points.
