Mercedes bez has a relly poor customer services I have had serveral problems with my car and the only thing they have done is hide about the probles my car has been to the shop over 10 times and they can't get it together.I would not recomed to anyone the E-500 I am planning to take the dealership to the media to see if they listen .e-mail me if you want more info i can even tell yo about a specific dealership that can't even change a light bulb.<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley7.gif border="0">

I have a 2001 E430. i have similar compliantslike you do. my vehicle has been in the shop 35 times. right now, the vehicle has a broken GPS system that they replaced for the third time. this time, i couldn't believe they use a refurbished unit for replacement, and it broke on the way home. i don't think i want a mercedes anymore. </P>
