Where do i buy a replacement key and manual

1997 e300d
Does anybody know where to buy a replacement key for a good price.
Also the car did not come with a manual

The manual you can get off EBAY. The key also. However you need to program it at a delaer or go to a dealer or independant shop and have the order a key.(Wife dropped key into the pool)
