Default Wheel Lug length

I recently purchased a 98 E320 wagon. A previous owner upgraded the wheels with 5 spoke 17" wheels from an 2004-6 S Class sport package. The spare is still the OEM 16".

My question is -- if I need to mount my spare will the lugs on the upgraded wheels work without any problems. The offset on the OEM is 41 and on the upgrade is 46.
